Rent-Montenegro is the only website dedicated to rental in Montenegro
We have three successful years of rental experience in Montenegro
We are permanently based in Herceg Novi, Montenegro; offering customers when booking accommodation assistance with guidance, information and advice
We offer on-site assistance to owners by visiting properties to check standards and the safety of each property (i.e. determining if the property is safe for children). We will also help set up owners advertisements with descriptions, pricing advice and taking photos
If instructed by owners we will also handle all correspondence from customers. Co-ordinated with owners we will manage bookings in the form of e-mails, telephone calls, text messages, updating availability calendar etc
If instructed by owners Rent-Montenegro will also handle customer booking payments in the form of bank transfers (Rent-Montenegro has two bank accounts in the UK or Montenegro)
Owners can at any time change/update any property details they wish and can also include any special offers to their advertisement (special offers can only run for a limited period)
Rent Montenegro can either charge clients for their advertisement a flat rate of €20 per calendar month (€240) or a 10% commission which is deducted from their prices on rented periods.
Montenegrin owners will be able to pay their yearly subscription to Rent-Montenegro in four instalments every 3 months (only available to local Montenegrin owners)
No preferences. Rent-Montenegro strongly believes in ‘fairness for all’ and will not include any ‘deals of the month’, ‘premium’ or ‘pole positioned’ advertisement for any particular property
No hidden Charges. Rent-Montenegro will advertise each property in the same format therefore there will not be any extra hidden charges passed on to owners
Rent-Montenegro will not include any hotels, hostels, rooms or bed and breakfast accommodations on its site
