- Rent-Montenegro refuses the right to advertise any property that has not met certain health and safety standards.
- Rent-Montenegro places your advertisement onto its website with good faith and trust from the owner that they will fully co-operate with Rent-Montenegro in the rental of their property.
- Owners of properties advertised will co-operate with Rent-Montenegro in updating details, pricing and availability calendar.
- Owners who decide to be in contact with customers shall take reservations responsibly and co-operate to update their availability calendar with us.
- Rent-Montenegro only advertises and takes reservations for privately owned properties. We are not liable for cleaning, maintenance or any other service advertised by owners for their properties.
- Rent-Montenegro has the right to remove from its listings any property that has not paid their annual subscription charge. After a period of 2 week’s notice has expired.
- Rent-Montenegro has the right to remove from its listings any property that has had not complied with its advertisement.
- Rent-Montenegro has the right to remove from its listings any property that has a substantial complaint held against them from the party affected.
- Rent-Montenegro cannot be held liable from any damage or loss incurred to clients or customers throughout rental periods.
- Rent-Montenegro will continually operate on the internet 24 hrs a day (accept in times of unforeseen circumstances such as electrical power cuts).
- Rent-Montenegro will endeavour to quickly reply to emails, text messages and telephone calls, however quicker in the stated working hours of Rent-Montenegro.
- Only one property can be advertised on each advertisement, therefore if an owner advertises more properties, each one would have to be advertised separately.
- Owners wishing to remove properties need to give a two week’s notice.
- Rent-Montenegro shall give ‘refunds-to-date’ to owners wishing to remove their advertisements from the listings.
- Rent-Montenegro insures that any information or photos of properties shall be deleted from files once property has been removed from listings.
- Customers will fully comply with paying their bookings on time and in accordance with their particular booking, and will adhere to the cancellation and refund policy.
