Booking a Property
Once you have found the property you wish to book all you need to do is contact us here at Rent-Montenegro, by which ever method you prefer to use - email or telephone. Here our friendly staff will help you with any enquires you may have. Rent-Montenegro will endeavour to respond to your enquiry as soon as possible, however to guarantee a quicker response time please contact us between office hours. In most instances you will be re-directed to the (English speaking) owners of the properties; however because of the language barrier in some cases we may have been instructed by owners to handle their correspondence for them.

Once your choice of property and availability of rental has been confirmed you will be asked to pay a non-refundable 20% of the overall price of your stay to the owner of property or Rent-Montenegro (two Bank accounts in UK and Montenegro). Upon receiving this payment you will receive an email confirming your booking reservation and the rental period will be secured onto that properties availability calendar. (Please Note: all payments can be paid by two methods Bank transfer or if paying in the UK, cash or cheque over the counter).
The remaining 80% balance should then be paid again to either Rent-Montenegro or the owner four weeks prior to stay. Upon receiving this final payment you will receive a receipt as proof of payment, address and directions to the property and additional contact information. (Please Note: you will also receive a reminder in the form of an email or telephone call a week before this payment is due).

Our cancellation policy is standard for all properties which are advertised and are as follows:
Initial 20% reservation payment is non-refundable

The remaining 80% booking payment four weeks prior to stay is refundable details below:
4-2 week’s cancellation prior to stay - 50% refundable
2-0 week’s cancellation prior to stay - 25% refundable
