Our website speacializes only in rental in Montenegro. Our goal is to become the rental market leader in Montenegro. We are focused on presenting our list of properties to travellers in a simple and attractive manner; making booking an apartment or villa with us a pleasurable experience.
Different to other rental websites we are based here in Herceg Novi–Montenegro. Having had three years of very successful rental experience in Montenegro, we opened our own Montenegrin rental business. If you wish to advertise with us you personally don’t need to require any technical knowledge. Our aim is to offer complete assistance to clients making sure every advert is the best it can be. We offer assistance to clients including: on-site advice, price guides, calendar bookings, descriptions and taking photos. Importantly this is all included in your yearly subscription with us, here at rent montenegro we can either charge clients for their advertisement a flat rate of €20 per calendar month or a 10% commission which is deducted from their prices on rented periods.
When booking an apartment or villa through Rent-Montenegro we are also happy to help travellers with any queries or questions they may have about Montenegro. With first-hand experience we can offer friendly advice ensuring the traveller finds their ideal destination.
We work very closely with local property owners making sure we inspect their properties for standards and safety before advertising with us. Additionally owners of properties can have the choice of whether to handle their own correspondence or let Rent-Montenegro handle their rental bookings; some home owners prefer us to handle their correspondence (because of a language barrier). Our company aims to make sure both clients and customers are satisfied and happy with our service.
